Becoming a more Connected-Individual…

Practical awareness for a complex world

Wholistified Living offers learning spaces, guided experiences, and collaborative work focused on understanding the subtle structures shaping everyday life — attention, pattern, meaning, environment, and choice.

This is not about dogma or bypassing reality. It’s about developing practical metaphysical literacy so life can be navigated with more discernment, coherence, and agency.

Everyday Metaphysics — Classes & Learning Spaces

Understanding the invisible architecture of everyday life.

These classes explore metaphysical principles as they show up in ordinary experience — time, energy, attention, relationship, place, and meaning — using grounded language, lived examples, and natural analogies.
The aim is not to convince, but to make subtle structures visible, so you can recognize patterns already influencing your life and respond more consciously.

What we’ll be exploring:

·         How attention organizes experience

·         How environments carry information and influence behavior

·         Why certain patterns repeat — personally, relationally, generationally

·         How symbolic thinking shows up naturally (even if you “don’t believe in it”)

·         How small shifts in perception create larger changes over time

This is metaphysics as applied awareness, not abstract theory.

How we’ll be exploring:

·         Short series classes

·         Seasonal learning circles

·         Workshops (online or in-person)

·         Community discussions anchored in lived experience

GUIDED EXPERIENCES

Translation, Integration & Life Transitions

When lived experience needs structure to land.

Guided Experiences are one-to-one or small-group processes that help people translate complex life material — transitions, creative work, accumulated experience, family stories, or personal history — into forms that can be understood, honoured, and carried forward.

This work draws on the same metaphysical literacy taught in classes, applied in real time.

What else we’ll be exploring:

·         Life transitions and threshold moments

·         Legacy considerations (personal, familial, creative)

·         Meaning-making after long periods of caregiving, work, or change

·         Integrating experiences that never had space to be named

(Note: This is not therapy — it is a structured process of noticing, translation, and integration.)

TEACHING & MENTORING

Pattern Recognition & Applied Awareness

Learning to see what’s already happening.

Teaching/Mentoring focuses on developing pattern recognition — how personal history, sensitivity, environment, timing, and attention interact over time.
This work is suited for people who are already perceptive, thoughtful, or creatively inclined, and want clearer frameworks for what they intuitively sense, or perhaps for understanding/helping others in their lives with similar qualities.

This includes:

·         Highly observant or sensitive individuals

·         Educators, creatives, caregivers, and integrators

·         People who think relationally rather than linearly

·         Those who want language and structure for what they already notice

RELATED WORK & COLLABORATIONS

Creative Work, Publications & Partnerships

Work that complements the core practice.

Related Work includes creative projects, publications, facilitation methods, and collaborations that align with Wholistified Living’s focus on awareness, meaning, and integration.

Considerations include:

·         Curated creative work and art collaborations

·         Facilitated group processes using established creative methods

·         Occasional offerings that support emerging artists or shared inquiry

·         Publications or essays that explore applied metaphysics in daily life

(Note: These offerings may appear periodically and evolve organically, rather than following a fixed schedule.)
