Becoming a more Connected-Individual…

Wholistified Living offers learning spaces, creative fun, guided experiences, and collaborative work that explore the subtle structures shaping everyday life — attention, pattern, meaning, environment, nature and choice.

This is not about dogma or bypassing reality.

It’s about developing practical metaphysical literacy so life can be navigated with more discernment, joy, coherence, and agency.

These offerings create different entry points into learning, reflection, and creative sense-making.

Some people arrive through insight.

Others through creativity seeking, or parenting overwhelm, or times of transition, or a book they’ve already encountered.

You’re invited to begin wherever feels most resonant — each pathway connects with the others over time.

Write For You - Artistic Handwriting

(a studio practice in creative & reflective alphabetic handwriting)

What happens when we treat handwriting not as a task, but as a living language?

In this ongoing studio series, we explore and reflect on writing by hand as a fun way to begin being more visually creative and practicing patterns…on the way to what’s write for you.

Through playful alpha-lettering warm-ups, guided prompts, and some good old-fashioned colour experimentation with design form, rhythm, and line variation, you’ll create and uncover your own personalized styles — less about perfection, more about creative noticing. We’ll explore the alphabet not as a fixed font, but as a living form shaped by your handwriting.

Participants may find this offering to be delightfully meaningful — both as its own creative practice and as a natural bridge into deeper studio work and the Foundations series.

Foundations: Everyday Metaphysics for the Connected Individual

(Translation: For those who want a shared language for what they’re already sensing, or perhaps not noticing.)

Foundations: Everyday Metaphysics for the Connected Individual is a learning framework that builds the architecturalgrammar of noticing — helping you recognize patterns, resonance, and meaning across everyday experience.

Learning unfolds through structured lenses, reflective practices, and accessible metaphors that help insight to land and integrate, rather than overwhelm.

Participants may discover that insights from this creative work naturally inform how they approach personal questions, learning conversations, or reflective group experiences elsewhere in this ecosystem.

Practicing Presence

(Orientation: Reading life like a narrative already unfolding)

Practicing Presence offers a way to step back from what’s showing up and view it as story, metaphor, and pattern — allowing perspective to surface without over-processing or trying to “fix” anything, but understanding it differently — even with a dash of fun.

Book or movie?
Hallmark movie… or Home renovation show?

Different lenses bring forward different qualities. This work helps to highlight what themes are at play, how to apply the tools of noticing at varying scales, and what may be quietly reorganizing beneath the surface — so clarity, coherence, and next steps arise naturally.

Often a starting point that opens the door to deeper learning, creative practice, or structured integration.

Channeling Creativity

(Integration: For when insight wants to move into form.)

Channeling Creativity supports the translation of lived insight into tangible expression — through writing, the arts, spatial thinking, honouring legacy, or integrative projects.

This is collaborative, responsive work — it’s shaped by what’s unfolding rather than imposed outcomes, and it begins with an idea that sparks because you want to bring something to life. Perhaps as a memoire, poetry for t-shirts, a photo montage for a celebration, family wisdom to carry forward.

What’s that wholesome idea that whispers to you?

These conversations often draw from the language, metaphors, and creative noticings developed through the foundational and artistic offerings, even when the focus is practical or situational.

A Guided Circle — The Artist’s Way*

A supported entry into reflection, creativity, and self-connection

(Exploration: For those who want a gentle but honest way back into conversation with themselves.)

This offering is a facilitated journey through *Julia Cameron’s book The Artist’s Way — a widely respected, time-tested framework for reconnecting with creativity, daily practice, and inner listening.

Rather than teaching a new methodology, this container offers structure, companionship, and spaciousness as we move through Julia Cameron’s practices — as she designed them, one week at a time.

This format is frequently a natural entry point into deeper orientation, integration, or expressive work — though it stands fully on its own.

This seasonal circle often becomes a gentle entry point into the wider ecosystem, where reflective practice, creative unfolding, and personal language begin to weave together.

Much of this work has been shaped through lived experience — including the long, often invisible process of supporting intuitive sensitivity and non-linear development.

I hold particular care for situations that cannot be rushed, fixed, or simplified, where insight must be offered with timing, discernment, and respect for the journey unfolding. — Nicole
